Just missed the deadline for ACTION/ADVENTURE
Darn. I just wasn't able to finish this in time. But I'm hoping another similar listing will appear soon. Here's my action/adventure/suspense piece:http://www.richardemmet.com/WildChase.m ... demmet.com

Hey remmet!I think you would've been fine with what you had! Sounds excellent ta' me! I wouldn't miss another deadline for this piece should another listing become available for something like this again. Just my .02.I-468

Hey Remmet,This is a really good track. It's a pity you missed the deadline 'cause I think this would have sailed on through. This seems like the perfect fit with the orchestral instrumentation. But these listings seem to come up on a regular basis....so next time....Good luck.I managed to get my tracks in by the skin of my teeth with minutes to spare before the deadline.Derek

You could try for the Sports INstrumental listing Oct 20th deadline; there's also a orchestral/dramatic instrumental listing for Nov 14th & there is a high action/sports with a Nov 20th deadline as well. I think this might work for all of them.Great job. Has a nice sense of tension & build, James Bond action-ish. Good quality sounds, well mixed.

I must have overlooked these other listings. I'll definitely submit this piece for them.I appreciate everyone's comments above as well.Richard

Re: Just missed the deadline for ACTION/ADVENTURE
Yes...great track Richard. What I've done in the past when I'm not sure if I will make a deadline is to go ahead and submit to the listing with a "dummy" song. That will get you in the system and then you can use a bit of time past the deadline to finish and then re-load the tune over the dummy song.Of course you are taking a chance that you'll miss the window before the screener gets to the songs, but if you need just an hour or so, it seems to have worked for me.
