Good insights on this thread. I would add that unresolved emotional issues that get triggered often are expressed at the age (and skill level) at which those issues were originally experienced; e.g., someone who felt betrayed at the age of 6 would likely, as an adult, express their reactions to betrayal as a six year old would (until they work their way through the issue).I also agree that conflict more often arises from unspoken agreements, than from spoken ones. ,Suz
