Hey Squid I'm letting you know how it went...It was great. I did three songs as a part of the songwriter's round. The atmosphere was great. On a side note, I already feel like an infant songwriter without anyone ever saying a word, but holy cr@p, some of the writer's there last night, just flat out amazing. There was one that was utterly jaw-dropping to listen to. If anyone's interested, do a search on Emory Joseph. I think he's on myspace and garageband, but to see him live with just an acoustic...WOW! No wonder he has cuts with a huge name. So much for shameless self-promotion LOL++++++++++++Back to say his website, which should have been obvious to me (duh), is www.emoryjoseph.com

That's so cool!! I envy you that experience. Off to check out Emory. Thanks for letting me know how that went. Wish we had more songwriting things here. There're regular playing gigs but it's so educational to hear other writers interact with each other and be influenced by that.
