hey guys--i'm on crappy little speaks with no "heinsite" computer right now,,,but i can still HEAR, and this is just lovely--i am coming in VERY VERY late here, didn't hear the orig geoff (sorry...) but THIS AS I'M HEARING IT NOW is just very damned well balanced IMHO, melodic, doesn't lose any of the guitar, the cello and higher strings are well placed....this is so very well done--congrat,all the best, warren

Thanks kitz and warren. I've already tweaked a few more things (little less verb on the cello) and did a couple of tracks of percussion just for grins. New mix on its way to you soon, geoff.Vince

hi geoff, man I really like your guitar work on this and the sound and playing is very nice. I can see why you'd like to add some strings. wish I could help! best of luck.

Very nice piece, Geoff and Vince. The strings are well done; however, they seem to dominate slightly in parts to my ear. When I can't hear the guitar I think they are too upfront. What patches or voices are you using for the cello and violin, Vince? They sound very natural to me. Is that East/West? If so, which version. Nice touch with the portamento at about :33 on the violin. You guys have a very nice sound going and I'm interested in where it's going.Wig
