Ern I don't hold with skiing (not least cause I hurt my ankle 2 weeks ago & have to walk with a cane) A beer at the Rally might suffice

Quote:Could it be Jan (yanni?) Hammer?ZinkMan, Zink, you ARE good at trivia! Jan Hammer is correct (not the same guy as Yanni ). I remember playing some Hendrix for my composition teacher in college, and he said in his German accent "Ach, I can do that with synthesizers." I thought he was crazy, but Jan Hammer ALMOST did it! Pretty amazing ---O.K. --- buy Zink a vintage Mini Moog!Ern

Quote:2000'sThis former member of "The Smashing Pumpkins" joined the California band "A Perfect Circle."Ern Well, I'm thinking D'arcy, cause I remember seeing circle on tv (SNL i think) and I remember a female bass player. However, I also think Billy Howerdel did some stuff with the pumpkins but wasn't in the band (He grew up one town over from where I live, so he's kind of a local hero). BTW, I think 13th Step is an amazing album, both musically and from an engineering perspective.
