These two John's from Baton Rouge each had their own pop hits in the late 50's & 60's, went to school together, and often found themselves on the same stage.

John Fred is right, the other is an even bigger name (not Drew, that outhouse thing was all a misunderstanding). He's still touring, at least down here he is. First name is actually Johnny.
