Logic Studio 8/9 question

Hey fellow Logic Studio users, I have a question if you don't mind.Today I was checking out Logic 9 at the Apple store. When I was flipping through the samples I found that the "Choir" folder had quite a bit more patches than what I have in 8 and was wondering if that was part of the Logic 9 upgrade of if maybe during my upgrade from Express 8 to Studio 8 something didn't carry over.Some of the choir patches that I remember seeing in 9 that I don't have in 8 were "Gospel", "male swell," and "female swell." There was a gregorian chant patch too. The only thing I seem to remember reading about 9 is the DAW upgrades, nothing about more patches or loops. Anybody know if these are new patches for 9, or am I supposed to have them in 8?Thanks,Steve

Yeah man, that's one of the major JamPack upgrades to 9, is the choir or vocal patches. Many of them. They're decent. I'm working on an orchestral piece now that I'll slide in some of the choir and post up so some of you guys can hear them. Cheers,Wes

Yeah I couldn't hear the patches that well in the Apple store (they were coming out of the built- in Mac Pro speakers) but from what I could hear they sounded usable. Glad to know that Apple added some more choir patches. Logic Studio 8 was really lacking in that are IMO. -Steve
