Mingxi, I'm not sure what daw you are using, Cubase for example has a tempo track and time warping functions that would allow you to say take your guitar track and make a tempo map of it, and then you could align all audio or midi you did afterwards to follow the tempo track and be in sync. You could also align your guitar to a new tempo track. Or you could use your voice.

The principle is that you mark every bar, and every bar has it's tempo mapped by the tempo track. In that way audio is treated as midi, so every new audio dragged into the project can be compressed or stretched to fit the project tempo map and align with the bars. Once you mark the bars, you could change the tempo track to a constant tempo as well, and the guitar would follow that tempo. For audio there are obviously limits to changing the tempo before you encounter nasty artifacts.
