Looking for collaborators

Post by matcreedon » Wed Jul 18, 2018 5:37 am

Hi Everyone!

Id love to start collaborating with some other Taxi members, Im getting more forwards than returns now
and would like to step it up a notch. Here is a bit about myself and what I have to offer. Im not sure if all
of this info is relevant but I guess if you are going to work with someone its probably better that you know the person : )

Im a 44yr old, married & father of 2 living in Melbourne, Australia with 28 years experience working as a professional Songwriter Producer & Multi instrumental Music Teacher.

I have released 3 albums independently
which you can find 2 of them on Spotify here:
https://open.spotify.com/artist/0I59ZpA ... DpaiwpRrEQ

Late last year I completed a 500 day challenge, where I composed & recorded a new piece of music every day and documented the journey on YouTube.
If your interested you can check it out here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiX8OP7 ... 1w2-PU7mty

I play & teach the following Instruments: Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Vocals, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo, Sitar, Theremin and I also do a lot of programming.

Im well versed in the following Genres: Rock, Pop, EDM, Hip Hop Classical & Jazz.

However I spend a lot more time making music in the genres of: Rock, Pop, EDM & Hip Hop

At the moment Im averaging a song/cue every 4-7 days & I’m aiming for a song/cue a day

I can turn around a instrumental Cue in a day

Misc. Percussion

Moog Theremin & a large sample library & a bunch of soft synths

Upright Piano, in tune with its self & slightly out of tune with the rest of the universe, but sounds amazing : )

My main DAW is ProTools running on a Mac, RME UFX interface with Burl B2 AD converters

Outboard: RND 511 Pres, Neve 1073, UA 6176, Dex VTMA, Thermionic Culture summing Box, Tube-Tech SMC 2B,

Hi Mat

I can provide ready written lyrics, suitable for most genres, if you can compose music for them.
Let me know if interested.

Hello Matcredon. I want to collaborate with others as well. My problem is i know so little about it. I record on a digital recorder, not the computer. It also sound like your well trained in music and the systems. it would be good to talk to you, by phone would be nice. Is That possible?

Sure, skype messenger or facetime would be best if you are in another part of the world. Does that work for you?
