Sure, lots of times they come in the same package, but I think that confident beauty that shines through in any person of any age comes with being happy with yourself to and extent and just being who you are. I guess I'm getting into the beautiful sexy side here vs. the outright "busty" sexy side LOL. Anyway, onto the comment on Madonna, she's a dancer...as am I technically, and one thing most true dancers do throughout their lives is stay in great shape no matter what age they are; even as they age, they tend to do what they know and that's move a certain way, carry themselves a certain way and continue to show signs of being a former ballerina no matter what maturity brings on, even if it is just a few extra pounds. Totally going off into my own world now, but I actually think that Madonna's toned down appearance now, versus what I experienced as a young child is fairly respectable. I guess I just don't see her age, I see someone who takes care of her appearance for herself, and doesn't care what others think. So there's the gem in that, no matter who you are, if you take care of yourself and you're happy with who you are, then I guess that's all you need to worry about. So if you're comfortable in your shorts, then shorts it is I'm full of it aren't I? Yes. Not really, I get where you're at on this. And truly, dancers must deal with a business that's largely based on appearances, as are female vocalists, who are judged more harshly by far than males. I'm jes kinda fed up with her schtick is my gig. She's successful, she used ta be innovative in a way but now, I don't know....how many times can you reinvent yourself before reinvention itself becomes banal? And how healthy is it to reinvent yourself anyway?Really boring questions to resolve another day. Anyway, you could never be full of yourself, sweepea, you've got way too much self-awareness. Wish we could say the same about others, that's a fact.

And how healthy is it to reinvent yourself anyway?Oh yeah, I definitely understand that. I'm frankly surprised that she's still doing it at this point, because I'm not sure if she's doing it because she loves it or if she's just doing it because she can. I've never been a huge fan, more of a passive bystander I think when it comes to her. The whole reinvention thing is exhausting...I don't know how anyone can keep doing that. I'm too busy just trying to wrangle my self as is hahahaha Anyway, you're too good to me LOL I keep threatening my unborn children that if they act up in anyway shape or form when the time comes that I'll be in leopard print stretch pants and red patent leather heels at the 90 mark

I agree. The amount of flesh shown doesn't = sexiness, imho. I can think of women who are far more interesting because of what they keep private, keepin you guessin' what they're really like. Showin' a ton of skin makes the fantasy collide with reality, always a mistake.

Sorry I haven't posted much these past few days... I've been in New York studying Kabbalah with Madonna. I find it best to do the lessons in her apartment during Yankee games. It always feels safest that way. Casey

Hi Casey! Glad to see ya back from your spiritual trip! Your celestial advice was sorely missed here. Unfortunately, I didn't understand anything you said except "Madonna" and and the words "New York" and "Yankees" but only cuz one's a geographic area and the other's a geographic native of that area unless you were talkin' about the team and then I'm only familiar with their logo. I can't claim to understand the actual subjects at all. This must mean that I'm not meditating enough. Again. Dammit.

You summed up one of my other points as well.....sexiness can be many things at any age. Jessica Tandy at 80 was beautiful, Helen Mirren in her 60's is beautiful.....it's about about being who you are. Not that I'm gonna run out and wear what Madonna's wearing....it looks good on her though....I'll stick to my shorts.

While growing up many a girl rejected me because THEY didn't think I was and to heaven with their perception I was am still am damn sexy. Confidence too me is the Key... As for the video I think she could tone it down don't have to look like a granny (In a garden hat) be just be attractive without being that revealing (Yes it's possible) I however don't really like video like that... Garden hats can be sexy too....you should see the amount of chipmunks I attract while working in my vegetable garden. Really, I'm talking like I'm elderly, I am not....I can dress sexy too...we all have that side. I just like wearing a hat 'coz it keeps the sun off my face....and it also connects with a simpler time like my grandmother's.

I'm not saying the Garden hats aren't sexy (chipmunks) LOL I'm just saying that the view that showing off all your assets isn't what sexy means. A truly sexy woman can make anything look good without being excessive.
