Michael,

Thank you for responding to my post. I never meant for my comments to imply that you were not acting fairly as a business man - if the reason was to get more members to recognize opportunities, increase the number of submissions, or streamline operations, that is your decision.

I still do not understand how this particular solution will get at the issue that you are trying to solve. It would seem to me that now there will be even more misses by members given the larger number of listings to review. Time will tell.

Though I never stated that it was my "wish" to leave Taxi, I imagine it is probably yours at this point, and probably best for me as well. Thank you for gratiously offering to terminate my membership and provide a refund.

Best of luck to you and all of your very loyal supporters.

Tony

I just read this thread,

Hey Tony, I feel for you man. Reading between the lines , it looks like you are actually just having a grump!
- or else why mention your returns that got signed elsewhere on this topic about listing organisation ! hey hey ?? ; )

Michael, Tony doesn't want to leave Taxi or get a refund, he is doing what all us musicians do on a regular basis - ( just not usually in public!)
- grump in hope to get some love!

See it so much on this forum, coz its full of loving folks, like this thread is stacked with attention to Tony.

Quite often these kind of threads pop up, and half of us get the popcorn out ( Stuart )
, over here, probally USA too, we call it heart on our sleeves stuff. Goes with the musician territory lolz

I just read this too. I welcome the change, because I never read the label listings- didn't think that was my cup of tea. If there are opportunities there that could go unnoticed then isn't it better to have them all together?

Great work, people. Keep it up.

Reading both lists in their entirety took me less than 20 minutes, reading slowly, the first time I did it. But the next list that came out took a lot less time, because the new opportunities are highlighted...I already saw all the others, not to mention I skip over the genres which do not suit my abilities.

So yeah, I'm one of the people who don't agree there is a problem. Don't remember drinking any koolaid to reach this state.

But I really do prefer one consolidated list, because I have music that could be submitted to either one, depending on the listing...so that's how it benefits me.
