Ahhhh, Rick - so YOU'RE Zenchiefengineer! Good to know!!

Well man, you've got some good goals set for 2025, and I know you're committed to learning all the tricks & strategies you can to make sure your music gets past the goalie this year. I totally get you on the frustration with screening results - been there, thought that, lol. But really, just take the returns and save the music for future use. Or you can look back on them at this time next year and be like, "wow, that was some garbage!", lol (not saying your music is garbage, but hopefully you get the sentiment!). Some things we can chalk up to learning lessons, and others can still leave you scratching your head for a while. Regardless, just move on. There's plenty more music to make, and tons of opportunities in 2025, so make it your year!!!

Oh, and P.S. I dated a girl (actually got engaged to her briefly) when I first joined Taxi and went to my first Road Rally back in 2011. Even after a weekend in LA at the Rally, she was STILL convinced it was a scam and all some diabolical get-rich-quick scheme hatched by Michael to rob people of their money $5 at a time while only rewarding the "good ol' boys" (her words, after watching a "successful members panel"). Some people just can't be convinced, until they see the results themselves. So, you could either tell her "Matt Vander Boegh says you're waaaay wrong", or you could just prove her wrong yourself by racking up the successes. I'd vote for the latter!

~~Matt

 I'm getting ready to add another layer shell on the inside. This time, like my isolation room for drums, piano, and amps. Rock wool in the walls.
It's so hot here in the Summer. I need a way to keep the cool air in.
