Hey Chris, I really liked the short improv after the theme. Syncopation of the theme lead melody is certanly "wacky", so these are all good things. On the other side, perhaps my guitarist's ears are bit picky, but that lead guitar is too obviously played on a keyboard. Juast not convincing. Perhaps some interesting analog synth could do?Drums are just too clean, too MIDI. Try perhaps some good live loops (e.g. Drums On Demand) it would bring some life...The mix itself is a bit dry, but OK.Keep it up!

Thanks very much for the feedback. The lead line is an analog synth sound run through guitarish effects. I like the sound, but I did wonder if it sounded close enough to a guitar to sound like a bad imitation of guitar instead of just an interesting analog synth.

hey Ceedub... I have to agree with Musicliner about the synth/guitar sound...I think this could really be more whacky if U let the synth sound be a synth soundotherwise it would just sound like Ur trying to sound like a guitar and also makes it sound like Ur trying to sound whacky as opposed to just being... if U know what I mean... On the drums, live loops would definitely be better too... Just MHO.I like how this piece U made it feel Popish... Good work.-Kel
