Alexander... thanks for the listen! I agree with you (and RLD) about the crash. It was actually worse in a previous version Warren... thanks for taking the time to come back and give it a listen! I appreciate that!RLD... Thanks for doing that!!! Wow, that really helps me hear the differences. I actually imported the Green Day song into my session and used it as a reference when I recorded. They actually recorded to a click with this one I've been A/B-ing their version with mine by soloing one and then soloing the other, but I gotta say, the method you used definitely helped me hear the differences a bit better than how I had been doing it. Thanks for the taking the time to do that, that was awesome of you! Now, back to the mixing board to add some low end power and lower the cymbals... I'll post another update when I'm done...- Big Blue

just a quick chime in to say great job BB! Cymbols and low mid power, i see have been mentioned already. The other thing I noted was the 'woofy' sound on the high toms. (the floor tom sounds like a go, the high times could be cleaned up a little imo, specially at the end.)The kick, which falls in the 'eq to taste' category, id like to hear punch better.. Im partial to a strong a kick tho. Great job. Congrats in advance, on the forward..! ;-)Jamie

Hey Jamie, thanks for chiming in... I just uploaded the newest version in which I did the following:- lowered the volume level on the crash cymbals- added more low end presence to the bass guitar- removed the "hiss" sound in the verses- brought up the guitar that's panned center in the 3rd verse and outroI think I'm gonna say I'm done with this one and move on. I've got to take care of "all the small things" now - Big Blue
