I know them from memory but never thought of the "fusing and fighting my friend" series 123 123 ...ha ha then "sun sun sun" "suddenly someone is there on the turn style" Well for sure it does work. thanks for the examples

And it could make it harder for an editor to grab a little bit from one place in the piece and connect it to a bit from another part of the same cue or song.

Exactly! Same reason we don't modulate, always end the song in the same key it started.
