I think drop the cymbal and keep the rest of the drums that sound driven in a great way. With that great guitar work and drums the music is perfect. I think that you allow the vocal to get the attention it deserves. You could keep the last ending cymbal work though. I like the theme of the lyric. Maybe back off the effect on the voice just about half what it is. I would not repeat all the time on each end of the phrases, but only a couple of times because it is distacting from the great song you have going on. It's better sometimes to have less. Keep up the great work both you and your brother. Best Wishes, Kyleellen

Hey WTA!I'm going to jot my thoughts as this plays along, before I read everyone else's (probably great!) input.- I like the vocalist...probably could be a tad louder in my mix (but my internet computer is really whacked, so if I'm the only one who says "more vox", ignore me)- the multiple vocals on "heh heh heh" in the pre-chorus is really good- the song never hooks up for me, it doesn't quite groove yet...maybe the percussion is too high frequency...this pace can really deliver, if it was driven a bit harder. Give the subwoofers in the club something to do. - Ya, the cymbal hits really are a bit much by mid song. That's a good tone for the song though, maybe a bit quieter in the mix (verses replacement), or if you crank the bass content (OK, I'm repeating myself).- I think the whole song sounds a little tiny bit far away. The mini guitar solo at 2:00-ish is nice and present though.- I'd also find a way to punch the chorus a bit...it's well done, just needs to stand out a bit more.Just my $0.02, so please just use what makes sense. I like this tune!! From what I can hear, the lyric is well done, and the music goes the right way. So there you have it...I'll post then read how far off I am compared to everyone else hehe.
