Muddy Waters blues forward
I submitted 3 tunes to this listing and got this one forwarded. "FORLORN AND LONESOME" On my Taxi homepage.
The other two got returned, the slide was knocking on the neck of guitar too much.
My wife complained about that same thing when I played her the tunes.
My wife should be a screener, or I should learn that she's usually right.
Returns were "Bottle Neck Jim" and "Got Me Moanin"

BLUES SONGS and INSTRUMENTALS a la the full range from Muddy Waters to Stevie Ray Vaughn, etc. needed by an Independent Online Music Production Library for Film and TV licensing opportunities. The main ingredient needed is the bluesy guitar energy and sound that will help add a raw and gritty atmosphere to a scene. Your songs and/or tracks will be used to set a location, evoke an emotion, etc., so keep that in mind when pitching. And watch out for ultra-busy lead lines that could conflict with dialogue. Broadcast Quality is needed (excellent sounding home recordings are fine.) Instrumental demo presentation must be top-notch! Please submit one to three songs and/or instrumentals online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened by the owner of the company on a YES/NO BASIS - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI - and must be received no later than Monday, November 14, 2011. TAXI #Y111114BL

Very cool Bruce! Sounds authentic, the slide guitar especially like it was Muddy himself.

How long have you been married? You haven't learned that yet? That's one of the secrets to a happy marriage: "Yes Dear"!BruceBrown wrote: or I should learn that she's usually right.

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!
