My "Post-Rally To-Do List" - feel free to ad yours...

Hello all
Just got back home to Seattle after a fantastic, slightly overwhelming time at the Rally (my second). On the flight home, I wanted to make sure I jotted some practical things for myself to start doing right away. I knew that if I waited til after I was home and back in guitar teaching mode, some things might be lost. Anyway, I'd be curious to know what actions other folks are planning to take as a result of this past weekend. Here is what I've got:

1) Start participating in the TAXI forum! (so far so good...) I've been a member for a few years, and have popped onto the forum a couple times, but haven't really been involved. I know that needs to change.
2) Get on e-mail lists, and follow twitter accounts, of several people I connected with over the weekend. Make time every day to connect with people, engage in what they do, and encourage people to engage in what I do.
3) Make a written, detailed, weekly writing/recording schedule based on due dates of listings. Update the schedule every week, and make the 1st and the 15th of every month the "beginning of the week", regardless of what day those fall on.
3a) Include scheduling time for analyzing/deconstructing "a-las" in new listings.
3b) Barring a "we need this tomorrow" type of listing that I know I can knock out in a day, stick to my written schedule. Get 'em done and move on.
4) Research wordpress, and start planning for a complete re-build on my website. (lots more details here, but I'll spare you...)
5) Actually start USING my twitter account.
6) Research Gooding, Tim Meyers, and a few others. Start writing down some things they are doing that I could do more of.

Lots more long-term stuff I got out of the rally as well, of course. This was the stuff that I felt like I could and should do right away, and develop some new habits. The big themes that stuck with me this weekend were "engagement" and "work ethic". These terms have different meanings to me after this past weekend.
