After a forward, you might hear from the listing party within weeks, months, or even 1-2 years. However, it is also possible you will never hear as they could pass on the material. You just never know... So, as has been said by many, "write, submit, forget"...

And checking email a few times a day is not compulsive... Checking every 25 microseconds like I do is... a tad on the OCD side, LOL!!

Gotta run... gotta check my email!

Congrats, Sarah! It is exciting, isn't it? And the next exciting part is when you forget about the forwards and then suddenly (er, well perhaps months or even years later) a deal comes floating out of the blue. YAHOO!
