I ordered Acoustic Guitar Session from Native Instruments about 3 weeks and have not received it yet and no word from them except that it has been shipped two days after I ordered it. They gave me no tracking number and they have no working phone number on their website. I mailed them a letter and I'm frustrated that I can not talk to them. Has anyone out there had experience with Native Instruments?

:| That sucks. It's August 12th so hopefully you've gotten your product or at least heard from them by now. I purchase a lot of stuff from NI but I always get instant downloads so I've never had to deal with tracking numbers etc. The one time I purchased and did not get a download link I sent them an email and they took care of it. Hope you got it worked out 8-)

Same. I've never ordered physical software or VSTs or whatever from them. I did have an issue once with an activation code and had a similar experience--one email and it was dealt with quickly. I'd consider looking on their website for a live chat or similar. I bet you'll get a faster response that way.

Are you sure that it is a physical item?? I am pretty sure that the only physical items that they sell are the keyboard/MIDI controllers, and a loaded hard drive that has Komplete Ultimate on it?? Now, they have also started selling titles from 3rd party companies, but they are probably Digital Delivery as well...I would check your Email/junkmail for order confirmation, and the code. And finally, make sure that you have the very latest version of Native Access installed on your machine- Hope this helps!

I think there is confusion here on whether or not it is a physical item vs a Digital Download.......

I recently purchased a couple of items and the confirmation instructed that the purchased items would appear in Native Access after you reload product scan.

Have you tried that?

The shipping confirmation for digital products dont mean much for customers. They help protect the company from chargeback attempts.

Agreed with the fellas.... it would definitely seem strange if they actually mailed you a physical version. I haven't seen software companies do that in 10+ years, with the rare exception of stuff needing to be shipped on a separate hard drive. Seems like 99.9% of the software I've bought over the years has been "shipped" through digital download.

I'd do as Brad suggested and search through your junk / spam / deleted email folders and see if you find anything from them with a download code or serial number. That said, all Native Instruments VI's are installed through their "Native Access" program. You might just want to fire that up and see what you find, as the download code might already be assigned to you and all you really need to do is press the "install" button.

If THAT is the case now, that is soooo convenient!

The OP needs to go to the Native Instruments website and make an account with Native Instruments.

After that, the OP needs to download and install Native Access software.

Once the OP does that, the OP should download Kontakt Player, and the latest version is Version 7. Kontakt is needed to use Acoustic Guitar Session.
