Re: New Age attempt.
Thanks for listening. Recently did a happy pizzicato listing and was told it was too sad. Can't seem to nail the right mood at the moment!crashgates wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 9:10 pmHi Peter
Your track sounds great, my only thought after listening to the first two references, was yours sort of sounded cheerful while the reference tracks seems more subdued.

So beautiful. Made me sad and it takes alot usually. The spike at 35 sec hit me pretty hard coming off that low??? Not much to pick at for sure. I just hope my lover changes her mind and comes back
big congrats to you

Thankfully, while growing old is compulsory, growing up remains optional!

Not sure which spike you’re referring to, but thanks for listening. Not sure why, but I am drawn to sad music, that’s the stuff that hits you in the guts.

Same here, not that I am suffering from depression(or I don't think I am) but I can write heavy, sad, want to jump off a bridge, romantic music everyday, it comes out naturally, the only thing that I have to do is to take breaks as it is so sad sometimes that it affects my health/mood so then I cure it writing an EDM, rock fusion or a jazz track for a bit...lol..
Beautiful track as usual I am playing my guitar along with it.

Thanks Andre, have you done any New Age? I think you could nail it, sort of organic meets dreamy. And yes, its best to have a break from the sad stuff, I'm currently doing some uplifting strings trying to keep to major chords!gitanosoy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 20, 2021 2:50 pm"Not sure which spike you’re referring to, but thanks for listening. Not sure why, but I am drawn to sad music, that’s the stuff that hits you in the guts."

have you done any New Age
Sub-consciously maybe but I will definitely look into it next time, I guess I over looked this listing, probably was working on too many others.
cheers.
