It's still for "pre-order" at Amazon. They should be available the first week of November. I'm 90% sure that I'll have 40-45 copies available at the rally. Let me know if you'd like me to set a copy aside for you (this goes for anybody reading this!).

As I won't see you at the Rally - I pre-ordered it! Looking forward!

Congratulations on getting it into print :)

Hi Steve, not sure I'd get one in the UK, so I'd be grateful if you'd keep one aside for me please.
Thanks very much indeed.
I just hope I can find you in the throng. :)

[Edit: Actually, yes it is advertised on Amazon.co.uk but not available yet of course, so please still reserve me a copy Steve. Thanks]
Graham (UK).

Edmond, Mark, and Graham, I'll make sure I have a copy available for you.

Andy, thanks for your pre-order! I'm sorry you won't be at the rally this year, but I'm glad I got to see you at the PMC. See you next year!
