New Listing “MUSIC FROM THE FUTURE”

Post by daveydad » Sun Jul 21, 2013 4:25 pm

This is an interesting listing. Anyone got something they're thinking of submitting? I have a couple I might consider. Thoughts?

I decided to wait until I have Delorean-based time machine with a flux capacitor and 1.21 gigawatts of power. Then I'll go to the future, check out what kind of music is popular, come back, write something and submit.

i'm thinking i could edit down "sequenced" a little so it doesn't have quite so much "open" spaces....

No idea, except I'll go with Casey ... and let's come back a week ago so we have some time to work on it!

How does this strategy effect copyright law? We may need to copyright songs we haven't writen yet.

I think this works (both songs)... it sounds like music from the 80's... or music from the future when it was the 80's, i'm so confused
But cool tunes!

This one is really interesting me and stumping me at the same time. I'm hoping some creativity beams itself from the future through my fingertips tonight so I can have it ready to submit tomorrow. I'm thinking of editing this track down (see link below) what do you all think? Sounds like industrial hip hop from the future no? 8-)

I do as well think that the 80's will circle back in round in the sense of big anthemic artists, and can also see more groups performing with multiple synths and drum sequencers. I think the hybrid software/hardware and performance capabilities of something like Native Instruments Maschine are limitless.

I like yours! Definitely has that futuristic science fiction vibe. Remember when the 80s new wave seemed futuristic? That's all I can go with!! lol
I submitted my two with fingers and toes crossed! :)
