Hi Colin,Good luck with your gigs and things...I had a listen to some of your songs. The recordings aren't really there yet in terms of quality and the electronic drums and lined in guitar really hold the sound back. Perhaps you should invest in producing a demo in a studio to represent your sound better. Perhaps you should also think of getting some more members to your band, I'm sure Stan won't mind Regarding your bio, I would suggest honing your influnces down a bit to what really represents your sound and including more contemporary bands The Strokes really springs to mind when I listen to your stuff. I'd say Nirvana and Radiohead have very little to do with your sound, and Iggy Pop and Lou Reed date your sound alot (especially as you sound like youre imitating Reed's voice alot). One thing you don't have in common with Lou Reed though is the story telling...I saw him recently in Italy and I have to say, even in his 60's he can still take you to some dark, dark places with his imagery. Look beyond the style of his voice and think about what he says.Try to think of catagorising yourself in a more contemporary way or you risk being catagorised in the retro crowd which is fast going out of fashion.Generally, good luck....
