New Pop song " It's My Life "

Hey everyone, I just got this song completed and would like to know any ala's or any other comments are also welcome. The song was produced by Drew Middleton and I think he did an awesome job. I wrote it for film and TV and now I am wondering if I could also pitch it to artist related listings ? Anyway, the lyrics are below. Thanks in advance. The song is on my Taxi page.

This has been an on-going glitch with the new Taxi format - supposedly they're trying to correct it.
+1 for the Soundcloud link posting; works best, and you can put the lyrics there instead of in the post here.

Hey Tom,

Green Day and Blink 182 would be good a las in my opinion.

Given those two a las I think pitching it to artists would be hard, as they generally write their own songs. Plus, I believe Taxi has way more success with film & tv placements than actual artists placements. Having said that, the songs is fully formed production wise and that is what artists look for. That's my two cents! Nice job.

Yeah John, I can see the " Green Day " connection. I watched a bunch of Green Day videos last night. I wasn't very familiar with them ( must be my age ) lol. But I can see they would make a good ala for this song.
