New to TAXI. Feedback on my orchestral compositions.

Post by benniknop » Wed Feb 13, 2013 7:00 am

Hey guys,

Producer/Composer from Melbourne, Australia. New to taxi. I was watching some TAXI TV and they suggested getting feedback from 'peer to peer'. Here's a few of my orchestral compositions. Let me know what you think.

I've made a little playlist on soundcloud:

Welcome, and yes, the forums are a great place to give and get feedback. Thanks for posting your playlists - it is a way to get to know you, too. You have some cool sounds on this orchestral playlist. For forum feedback, a good way to get feedback on tracks is to post one track, with possibly a few points you would like addressed. This could be related to the mix, content, lyrics, anything, really.

There are a lot of forum postings that refer to particular Taxi listings, so if you're shooting for a listing, add the Listing ID and details in your forum topic, too. If you spend some time helping others with your own feedback or opinions about their tracks and their questions, then it makes one happy family. Good luck - you have a lot of projects going on, which can great.

Hi Benni,

There are a few Aussies here including some Melbournians. Haven't had time to check your music but just wanted to say hi from the wet Sunshine Coast. :)

Cool stuff Benni - hoping to get into the orchestral stuff myself someday. Your tracks are an inspiration - thanks.

Nice sounding compositions, Benni. I like the variety you show throughout the tracks with unexpected instrumentation - it definitely held my interest. I really enjoyed it.
