I listened to some of your songs list. Cool music. What specifically are you looking for in songwriters? Do you mean someone to write lyrics to the music I heard? That's what I'm thinking but there may be an angle I'm not familiar with so I'm checking. That car commercial--was that your music in the commercial ? You were able to get onto a real commercial deal ? If so, way to go. I'm asking because of a Taxi letter we all got sometime last year about some members blending their own music with an already established Coke commercial--and the company found out and got pissed and so Taxi warned whoever did it to take it off or Taxi would rightfully back the company in a lawsuit. I just want to know about your car deal, to say congratulations on a sale. Ok, back to the songwriting topic. Let me know if I'm right about what you expect and let me know, if so, which song you'd like me to have a try at and what sort of theme or lean or story line you'd like the song to have--and I'll work something up for you to check out. My background is --full time job as a special education teacher in a grade school. My music background is on my Taxi page--which I do not know how to ad here--my name is David Otey. I've played in country rock, gospel bands and performed solo. In the bands I played drums and sang lead and harmony. Solo I play guitar and sing. I have a list of my own songs on my Taxi page.
