Newbie song 'Compass' - Point me in the right direction? :-)

I like this song a lot and you have a very nice voice a la Dido. I didn't find the storyline confusing, my impression is it's about your faith in God and that is clear. (If I'm wrong, then )

With the right production I think it would do very well for film/TV. The lyrics could work it many contexts and can fall in the "universal lyrics" category. I could definitely hear this on many current TV shows.

I woke up this morning singing this song in my head .. the chorus .. couldn't quite place it at first .. then it hit me where I'd heard it. That's a good sign.

Paul, thanks for the suggestion of changing the musical style of the bridge. You're right. I have rewritten the lyrics again after some chats with GL, and next time I record I will change up the bridge as well and post it again.
