I'm a very visual person so if I can "see" how something is done, I can usually emulate it myself later. This is gonna help out a lot! Thank you for posting these Suz!!!Excited to get home and mix tonight!- Big Blue

You betcha! (oops. Nope, I'm not a VP candidate. No-sirreeee!)Ahem. Anyway,I was really excited to discover the visual mixing article -- all that data arranged visually is so much easier for my brain to absorb. I appreciate that someone took the time to put this together -- and to make it available for others.Ah, sometimes it is EASY to be a geek! Which reminds me; archaeologists recently uncovered the very first version of Google:http://blogoscoped.com/archive/2007-10- ... tmlWishing you all relaxing, authentic holidays,Suz

That color coded mixing section is out of a book called "The Art of Mixing." I have about 2 shelves worth of literature on mixing, mastering, recording etc...and I would say that is a FANTASTIC purchase. I constantly refer to it, it's a great book!
