Please submit well-produced Electronic Instrumentals with an ominous or dramatic sound and a nice blend of electronic and cinematic elements. Your submissions should have futuristic motifs, engaging rhythms, and solid arrangements with plenty of forward momentum, dynamics, and interest. Electronic and Cinematic Instrumentation that's in the general stylistic ballpark of the references will work best, such as strings, pulsing synths, cinematic drums, ambient keys, etc. Any virtual sounds or samples you use need to be high-quality and not dated-sounding.

TAXI Tip: We think this particular listing is looking for tracks that ride the line between futuristic and ominous motifs without falling too far into the really dark, scary, or horror-inspired side of things. Having a dramatic and ominous sound without crossing into that territory could be what helps get this Publisher's attention!

Hi John,

I took a listen - I'm been trying to crack this genre for a while (still hoping to complete one of these this week...) and of course, while I have no objectivity (mostly) about my own work, when hearing others, I can usually tell if something is working or not...

This to me is too far afield of the references.... It sounds like dark synthwave more than a dramatic electronic instrumental, at least to me.

That being said, one of the issues I am having with this call is that the references strike me more as orchestral hybrids than electronic mentals, particularly the second two.

Not a bad piece of music, although it could use a bit of makeup in the mix.. it's pretty close, but it's a bit too mono and doesn't have that 3D imaging..

I am also giving this a one a shot. I am struggling whether do more orchestra and strings.. or more electronic, I feel like 2 of the references seem more cinema strings and then the one is more dark synth.
