Jay,Where the hell you been man?? Great to see yoU!The ECO is really easy. You can Copywrite your material under a "work" I think its called. Im not sure if there is a limit to the number of songs or comps. Fill out the proper form, there will be a link you can click.Fill in all your titles, give the work a name and then upload all the music mp3's and any lyrics you may have. Its really simple. You pay online. The nice thing about registering a "work" is you pay one fee for all the songs/comps in that work. The copywrite is different from registering a single song. you wont have individual copywrites on each song but they will be protected under the group copywrite you register.matt

I just did a batch of 12 songs using eCo. It's a little complicated, but there are live links to help files that are actually written quite well. It also stores your information with your login account so you don't have to re-enter all the info next time you file. As far as I could tell the only restriction on the number of works was that they all had to upload ( I did 128kbps mp3s) to the govt. server in .5 hour or less.I know that with the old fashioned paper and snail mail method the medium (cd, cassette, etc) was not kept on file with the copyright, but I'm hoping that the eCo servers will keep the mp3s I sent 'indefinitely'.
