Re: One note jam with Omnisphere
I-468Glad to hear that helped. It took me a while to figure out the problem with my Omnisphere. Can't wait to hear how you use Omni. JimThanks for the compliment. GarrettThanks. I don't really think of myself as a singer, so I spend more time on vocals than anything else. At least they're in key. and last but not least RegulatorThanks for the critique.I must confess I'm not sure how to implement your critique, but thanks for trying. Have a great day!

Hey Geoff.... great track..... guitar is very nice!!!My only issue might be the marimba.... maybe try a different patch there... or not.... maybe double it with another instrument? I dunno.... it's still a great track....Peace, Geo

Re: One note jam with Omnisphere
I can't even claim to know what Omnisphere is, or any of what's going on in here . . but I had to check out entries from a fellow Geoffrey. I, too, like the vibe. Very clean, nice spread, good balance. The marimba-sound for me gave it a slightly 'world' feel, like, maybe, "world-ambient-techno-pop"?Hate to say it, but I would've dug a slightly more distinctive vocal. There's nothing wrong with the vocal as it is, but it doesn't seem to be up to the par of the other elements. (no intense offended) A bit of a different sound might even do it, like accentuating the highs in the EQ, adding a little radio-voice color to it.Groovy work, and best wishes, gw
