Now that is some useful information!!
I am not qualified to do much at all, even know I have been playing for a while I never learned about this. Best i did was buy new strings, new batteries for my tuner and i attempted to tighten the neck up by the keys (less than a 1/4 turn). It seams that my e1 through d are in tune as open so at the 12th frat but, my a and e2 seam to be a bit sharp at the 12th frat.
I will have to look up that knows what they're doing, at least for now.
