Hallelujah! My First forward - Olympic Heartbreak

Post by louis2012 » Mon Sep 22, 2008 10:57 am

Phew!I joined Taxi in August and this was my first tv/film submission and took me a couple of hours to write and produce from scratch. I'm so relieved that my truepianos plugin worked out OK!!! Also, gotta love EWQLSymphonic Orchestra, I've been using it now for a couple of months and I love it.Thanks to screener #173!www.taximusic.com/stream/160002/Heartbreak.mp3

VERY little can compare to that first-forward feeling. Relish it. Then forget about it and go write some more stuff.and what's our mutual mantra around here...??? Hhmmm?"Write, Submit, Repeat." that's the formula for success.Way to go, Louis.

Thanks guys! Yeah its a great feeling ,especially as my first couple of returns made me think 'is taxi right for me?' but they were country listings and I'm not a country artist at all (apparantly throwing down some mandolin on a soft rock song doesn't cut it! haha who knew!?)
