Pro Tools Advice Needed!

Hey All,I've been sequencing with Performer (now DP) on a Mac since the Eisenhower Administration. Since I upgrated my Pro Tools PC with more RAM, I plan on using it to record more than the two "stereo mastering" tracks that I've been using it for.So my question: I have a MOTU Midi Express XT 8x8 as an interface for my Midi sample players, which goes into a Mac G4 where DP lives. --- How do I get a Midi/SMPTE signal out of my Digi002 into the Midi Express to drive all my Midi computers, while syncing up "recorded tracks" in Pro Tools?I'm sure it's very simple, but I'm too lazy to read the manual! Read the Manual, if you just hooked straight up and didn't configure your setup you are going to run into tons of problems.
