a new forward
I recently received a forward for this listing:INSTRUMENTALS IN VARIOUS STYLES (Action/Adventure, Suspense/Tension, Inspirational/Emotional, Horror/Terror) are needed immediately for a Production Music Library owned by a veteran in the industry. This material needs to be suitable for Advertising, Television and Corporate Film - broadcast quality is a must. All types of instrumentation will be considered, but the mood/approach should fall into one of the referenced categories above. This company offers a non-exclusive deal with a 50/50 split between the writer and the company. Your selections should be between 2 and 5 minutes long, and it’s suggested that each piece clearly express the intended overall tone - being sure to title your piece appropriately will also help to set up the expectation of the listener. Because this listing is calling for such a range of approaches/styles/instrumentation/tone, the more clear in the performance the better. Performances and compositions MUST be excellent and compelling. Got an e-mail from them, and they want the song I submitted...plus they want more! Just thought I'd shareTerry B.

Way to go, Terry. ALWAYS good to hear this kind of news. And, BTW, give my love to the Tobin Bridge and Chelsea and Back Bay the Cape and ALL of Massachusetts. (Lived there for nearly 4 years back in the last half of the 80's, and LOVED it, LOVED it, LOVED it.....)Ted
