Looks interesting.I can see us approaching the Star Wars bar scene... I have devoted so many thousands of hours to both the guitar fretboard with bending and vibrato, and the keyboards...that I couldn't see my self starting over. The internal dissonance of crossed "wiring" might be too much!But for someone who had never played an instrument, it looks exciting.

Yeah, really a lot more fun for my dog to chew on than some Engingeering book which is much easier to swallow.In one of their other videos, that you have to dig to find, there is some person giving a presentation about all of it's benefits. Non-musicians already know the keypad on a computer so the notes are arranged that way. One of the cool things about it is that If you've learned one scale or chord, then it easily transposes to all 12 keys without a change in fingering unlike the piano and there is only one fingering unlike the guitar. So that's one of it's attractions for non-musicians. Also, it has tuning capabilities that will allow an f#, for example, to be sonically different from a Gb. And with just the flick of a switch it can accomodate the Indonesian tunings, the Thai tuning, African tunings, Middle Eastern tunings, Indian tunings and any number of other historical or futuristic tunings you can imagine. Some are already programmed right in.Another one of it's attractions are thumb controls which many gamers already use so that's also a plus for them. With the "Thummer" you can simultaneously control the volume and the relative pitch with motion sensors and still be able to play the scale and bend the pitch with a lever.
