SWEET CHELSEA'S EYES /forward/ Thank u All

Post by jay10music » Fri Sep 19, 2008 4:08 am

WELL GUY'S......THIS IS A LESSON FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS.... When this song was first posted every body raved and for good reason if I don't say so myself... But a few people said " Jay..bring the other instruments back cause it makes it very clear..."don't have other instruments taking away from the guitars.... I listened to u people...... and did a remix...submitted both and bingo... only, the remix got forwarded... So u see, read the listing carfully ...create your song....And then post it for a team critique and MAGIC THINGS CAN HAPPEN!! I have learned much....And the talent of my peers is Big...Some times I wander if I'll ever get a deal cause the people on this forum are all GREAT...So much great music being forwarded,is there enough things going on TV for us all to benefit down the line. Any way Here they are again for those who didn't listen.....FIRST ONE..RETURNEDhttp://www.taximusic.com/download/165322....ns ... 20good.mp3 CURRENT-SOUNDING ACOUSTIC GUITAR/PIANO INSTRUMENTALS are needed immediately by a Music Licensing company run by a veteran of the industry, for various Film/TV placements. A current sound is requested and a primarily solo/acoustic sound is what is most needed here. It’s OK if there are a few background instruments in the mix, as long as the main focus is on the acoustic instrument that’s featured. A variety of moods will be considered, as they’ll be looking for tracks that are appropriate for dramatic Film/TV scenes as well as light/happy/comedic scenes. They’ll also be interested in some that are heart-warming/inspirational/romantic. All tempos will be considered, but ballads to mid tempo will be most desirable for this one. Instrumentation is open - just be sure the sound is simple, acoustic and not overbearing or imposing dynamically. Your tracks need to be 2-5 minutes long and be of the highest quality - they’re looking for exceptional instrumentals and performances. Broadcast quality is absolutely essential. They offer a non-exclusive deal where all profits are split 50/50 between the company and the writer (you keep your copyrights). Please submit 1-3 instrumentals online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI - and must be received no later than 10am PST on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. TAXI #D080916INR-man..........

Hey, I loved both versions. I guess sometimes keeping things a little less cluttered works better. A lesson that I know is true but that I still struggle with at times. Congratulations on the great work!Kurt
