Thanks Jose! I just saw your thread for this listing and checked out your tune... DUDE!!!!! You can shred man! Seriously, I wish I could play lead like that. Congrats on the forward, that's awesome! I see your relatively new to TAXI, or at least the forums, was this your first forward?- Big Blue

Thanks man, yes I am new, and yes first forward. I have submitted for other listings mainly in pop/rock genre, but no luck so far. Maybe I should stick to Metal.By the way I am checking out the rest of your songs, you have a nice fat heavy sound on that guitar man, love it. Wish you the best with those forwardsCheers

Then let me say welcome and congrats again... When I first joined TAXI (January 2008), I went through the listings and found every one that I "thought" I had a song already written for, or I could write one for very quickly. As the months have gone on, I've started narrowing down my focus. I began to not worry about the listings that were on the "outer edge" of my playing styles or abilities. I started focusing in on my strengths, which I feel are guitar-driven rock and metal songs. I do branch out a little bit to the pop/rock stuff but that's only if my co-writer is working with me. I've also found that by focusing my efforts on my strengths and improving my songwriting overall, it's really helped when it comes to writing in the other genres. Anyways, I know you didn't ask for all that but as a newer member I thought I would share with you some of my experiences with TAXI thus far. And thanks for the kind words... Those tones come from Guitar Rig 3... I LOVE that plug-in!Rock on!- Big Blue
