EastWest vs. Quantum Leap ?
Hi, guys. I read through previous threads, trying to get this clear in my mind, and I've done some research on the web. I believe I've bought the correct products but the naming conventions are odd to me. I understand that EastWest and Quantum Leap are two brands from the same company. I'm just wondering if there are "brand groupings" of some kind that I've inadvertently intermixed.I just bought the following two items on Amazon (had to be through Amazon because of a gift certificate I had - long story):Estimated ship date for these 2 items: November 30, 2007 EastWest Symphonic Orchestra Silver Edition $175.00 - Quantity: 1 - Usually ships within 1-2 business days Sold by: ewsounds --------------------------------------------------------------------------------EastWest Quantum Leap Silver Pro XP $99.95 - Quantity: 1 - Usually ships within 1-2 business days Sold by: ewsounds Is there a reason why the Silver Pro XP says "Quantum Leap" and the Silver Edition doesn't? Anyone who can explain it, that would be a bonus. The real question is -- did I buy two products designed to work together or should I have found something that said EastWest Silver Pro XP without the "Quantum Leap"?Your help for this sound library newbie is much appreciated.-James

You bought the right thing, don't worry. It's probably an amazon quirk not to call regular Silver "East West Quantum Leap".

Thanks, Matt. I can breathe easier now. Now I'll be standing on the sidewalk waiting for the UPS truck for the next several days.
