Children's Music
Just got tired of writing depressing blues and came up with a cheerful ditty......now what to do with it. Anyone seen a request for children's music on Taxi? le Hook

Re: Children's Music
Comes around every now and then. Worth pursuing, cuz lotsa writers forget that that market is even there, especially those that don't have, or have to deal with, kids on a regular basis.

Re: Children's Music
And by Golly here it is......NEW LISTING -- ORIGINAL CHILDREN'S SONGS - OF ALL STYLE AND GENRES - are needed immediately by a successful Music Publisher who's had tons of great Film/TV placements for many TAXI members. Songs must be originals - no covers please! All tempos welcome and creative, memorable lyrics are a must. Vocal and instrumental performances MUST be top-notch! They offer a non-exclusive, 50/50 split deal - you keep your original copyrights. Broadcast quality needed (great home recordings are fine). Please submit one to three songs and/or instrumentals online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS ONLY - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI - and must be received no later than Monday, November 16, 2009. TAXI # Y091116CH

Re: Children's Music
Oh, dear! My Yellow Jello past is catching up with me! Nope, i consider that a "novelty" tune, part of my "basic food groups" tune list. Now if only I could write a tune about tofu or brussell sprouts . . . ,Suz
