So Drew, we want your own wisdom here...You are highly respected and your knowledge and experience are obvious to everyone.I don't mean to put you on the hot-seat here, well... scratch that... I'm asking for a thoughtful, genuine quote from you... And you can't say "Hookstown sucks"...Gottcha Bud...

I love it when someone asks for my opinions: The more knowledge and experience you have the more screwups and blunders you have to tell stories about.~ Drew

Oh, that one could be a thread of its own...Stage mishaps...As I finished playing through the rhythm part in this song, going into the guitar solo... I cranked the volume, tromped on my trusty EH Small Stone and...Dead air happened...Stomped again and again... Nothing... It was dead. So I grabbed the mic and sang the lead, mimicking the sound of the guitar... That incident supplied joke fodder in the practice room for 3 months or so... But we sold lots of tapes that night... I was vindicated and licked my wounds with pride...

I would have liked to have seen that one. Maybe one day you can do your guitar-lead singing for us.
