WOW! What a weekend....

My first trip to LA and the Rally. I came away feeling tired and sad that it was over. I met so many kind and wonderful people and learn more than I expected. My mentoring session with Fett really encouraged me in regards to my Singing, guitar playing, songwriting, and recording technics. The suggestions he made were easy fixes. I had a nice early morning chat with Ralph Murphy in front of the hotel by the Taxi. Dave Trotter was on my flight and talked at length with me. I am so impressed that real professionals will take time to talk the average guy. Squids and Raags were sweet and helpful. Squids played an awesome version of "Blackbird" by the Beatles. Wow, what a voice that lady has. Unless my schedule prohibits my return, I will be back in 2010. Thanks to all the great people involved in this life changing event.
