I signed up for the mentor session last year...Wondering if long time Rally attendees still sign up every year?

Well it depends if you think you still have something left to learn... Personally I haven't done them in a few years; it's not cause I know everything LOL but because there are always limited slots and I would rather leave "my" slot to somebody who might benefit more from a one-on-one mentor meeting...

Getting 10 or 15 minutes with someone in the industry has proved most valuable when I came prepared with questions and/or music for feedback.

15 minutes with Matto would be wonderfully valuable in itself

It was quite beneficial for me last year actually. I ended up becoming really good friends with my mentor, and we started working together and have now signed a joint venture deal with one of the biggest music libraries. I’ve signed deals with past mentors as well, so I look at it as a great way to make a new business relationship. It’s probably one of my top 3 reasons for attending the Rally.

In case I missed it, have the mentor bios been issued yet?[Edit: I heard from Taxi that the mentor list should be out by the end of this week.]Also, I'm curious what CD playback equipment they use to listen to our CD's during the one-on-one meetings. Boom Box? Something better perhaps?Richard
