I've been forwarded for this listing:ALTERNATIVE ROCK BANDS/ARTISTS in the wide variety of Incubus, 311, Foo Fighters, Chris Cornell, etc., are needed by an A&R Manager at an Independent Music Group (that houses several successful specialized independent labels distributed by a Major). The demographic they are shooting for is 25 years and over and he is specifically looking for emerging artists with inspired vision and extraordinary talent. He also wants a proven track record (i.e. SoundScan history). This company rarely signs any artists that haven't sold CDs on their own, so please indicate your experience within your bio. This is a definite caveat in the criteria of being able to forward your music. PLEASE NOTE: Please submit two to three songs online or per CD, include lyric sheets, photo and bio are a must. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Thursday, August 27, 2009.
