Take the opportunity to meet us in person.Amen to that...this also goes for those who've been to the Rally before but haven't said hi...we want to meet people we know from the forum in person!

The entire weekend was amazing, no doubt; but meeting my fellow dots and getting to hang was THE detail that pushed the whole Rally experience WAY over the top.Get your dots ready to go. Can't wait to meet you guys.

Wow Hummingbird:"I went to my first Rally in 2005 and basically preferred to be a wallflower".Thank you so much for posting this. I work very hard at overcoming shyness, and your invitation to say hello to the unknown, quiet, wallflowers (like me), is really touching. I have a vision that there will be very aggressive, confident artists, rushing to grab the attention of the key people, and I will just stand back and try not to get my toes stepped on .Thanks again and I know you will be busy, but I would love to say hi.Steve

I knew I'd enjoy my fellow dots, but I figured I'd get crushed in the push. Not even close. There is such an honest supportive energy from 99% of the crowd (and that means the attendees AND the panelists, etc.)...you have NOTHING to worry about. So make sure and wear COMFORTABLE shoes, as you will be on your feet a lot AND there will be VERY little stepping-on-of-toes.Bring your dots for your badge, and get ready for a life-changing weekend that you will NEVER forget.Ted

Please come up and introduce yourself. OTOH, as an introverted person, I must admit I will feel overwhelmed if 50 people run over to say hi at the same time... ... I may want to run away... ... look for me at the bar with the other Dots when the crowds thin out a little, we all want to meet ev'ry single Dot! And I think you will be amazed, as I was, at my first Rally. I thought I would go to the Rally and come away beaten down by the incredible talent and 'how together' everyone else was... instead I was treated to a 3-day event with people from all walks of life and all shapes & sizes and ages and experience... who all love music as friggin' much as I do. I came away feeling like I belonged, that I'd learned so much my head was going to explode, and I was incredibly inspired.

It very encouraging to know that the answers to what we are lacking at the time of attendence is out there waiting for us. That is if we come home and work hard at what we learned.I getting more excited by the posts. Come On November 6!!!
