strange, no email...but LOONEY forward!
pretty funny...was having fun listening to the great Looney Tunes instrumentals that were forwarded (great job guys!) and was hoping that my piece would get reviewed today.I went to my submission history and found that my instrumental was forwarded!! but never received an email....very cool supriseI wonder why that happens...this is the 2nd time I did not receive an email, but I'm not complaining! http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... m=1Playful CARTOON INSTRUMENTALS are once again sought by a West Coast-based Music Publisher who typically supplies music to companies such as Muzak (tracks for retail shops, restaurants, malls, etc.). He's been expanding his repertoire and wants to find great material for the upcoming TV season, as he has numerous contacts in that world as well. He's open to all types of instrumentation. Think along the lines of the underscore in Bugs Bunny/Road Runner/Warner Bros./Hanna-Barbera cartoons as a good example of what he's seeking - fun, slapstick, energetic. He's asked us to be extra selective in what we forward - he wants quality over quantity - so your instrumental performances must be excellent. Your submissions should be between 1:00 - 3:00 minutes in length.

Re: strange, no email...but LOONEY forward!
Too many forwards to "deal" with individually here but congrats to all. I've actually made so few submissions lately but it made me wonder but the one submission that I don't know about is still pending.BTW, a few of those who didn't get notified via email should call Taxi to let them know so they can get that fixed.

Bb,Congrats on the forward. This is a very funny track!!! Well orchestrated and a lot of momentum and excitement. You have a knack for this genre. I'd encourage you to tee up a couple more like this, if you get contacted by the listing party you'd be all set to pitch a couple more tracks.Chuck
