Damn, you set the bar high. Really good stuff to my ears although I'm more of a songwriter I would love to get some chops together for this kind of stuff and i think i just got a reality check on where i would need to take my game. Nice! eo.

Those are some good tracks you got there Chuck... I could envision a scene from 24 as I listened to each one of your tracks. My only complaint would be with the title of the thread... I think you should have titled it "Next Week on 24" instead - Big Blue

Thanks for listening.I had fun doing these tracks. I "listened" to a recent episode and took a couple pages of notes about the music. I'm going to do this with the CSI listing as well.Barry, knowing that you are a huge "24" and Jack Bauer fan, if my tracks sound right to you, I'm close.Chuck

Wow, no kidding-- you shot a high bar with these tracks, Chuck! Love them! I like the interesting quick swells, eerie sounds, coin dropping sounds (like a bomb ticking faster and faster)... You'll surely get picked up and we'll all be hearing these on the broadcast soon no doubt! What software are you using again?Great work, Chuck!!! Raags

Raags,Thanks for listening.I'm using an assortment of different sound sources for these tracks. Alot of the blips and bleeps are from expansion packs for Native Instruments free Kore Player.(True Strike Tension (drums), Acoustic Refractions, and FM Transient Attacks)The player is free and the expansion packs are $79 to $119.I just recently added a sound source for Kontakt that is a Water Harp. There are all kinds of rhythmic patterns and textures. Many of the other sounds are from Sample Logic "The Elements"I am a "sound junkie" and somehow have not gotten completely lost in my many gigabyte hard drives full of sounds. Stunning! Truly stunning.Definitely for TV/Film work - what I would love to hear you do is a "theme" that's memorable - get to it!Shawn
