Hi! You got some high quality tunes there! The only thing I thought: Make your samples in MP3 instead of WAV. If you're only going to listen to the song via a computer, it doesn't have to be in CD quality. The download files that you buy, they should be in WAV format. I'm no country expert, so I leave that to others, but I liked your tunes!

I listened to all three samples. Thanks for the link. It's hard for me to judge the song overall (especially lyric content) based on such short clips. Here are my thoughts:The tracks are nice and clear. Well-recorded.Overall, everything is VERY traditional, which limits the marketability. The themes are typical of "old" country and the melodies are extremely predictable. This is not bad, mind you... just keep in mind that the opportunity may be limited because of it. IMO, it's not what Nashville is looking for these days. Maybe opportunities for film/TV placement IF you have Master Rights to the tracks. BTW, I am a HUGE traditional country fan.The vocal is very organic and sincere, but some pitch problems which are (for better or worse) typically fixed in today's world. "I've Been Cheated On" had a weird effect on the vocal that made it sound like it was in a can. I like the more natural sound of the other two.It would help us to know what your intentions are for this material. Do you want to market the songs, the recordings, or yourself as an artist.Your web site worked well and you've done well to join this forum. I've found everyone to be extremely honest and helpful. You may also consider submitting for a custom critique to get some professional opinions.Hope this helps.Derek
