I think you did a great job on this, but it did seem pretty straightforward. Which may be fine, I don't know. But the listing mentioned "Whacked out" and "Unusual." And while you don't "usually" hear Mozart with a rock band, the track doesn't make me think "wow, what an unusual rendition of a Mozart piece." But like I said, I'm not 100% how "whacked out" they want it to be. Regardless... EXCELLENT playing Alexander!!!!- Big Blue

Thank you all! Well, I am thinking of doing it another way, with more surprises as well. Keep this track as it is, and maybe add some whackiness for this listing in another track. Thanks for your opinions!

Excellent Orest! I like it very much. Dunno about "whacked out" either. Dunno what they exactly mean by "whacked out". Perhaps someone here can explain it to these two confused Cuban and Swede?

Hmmmm. I suspect"whacked out" means taking it somewhere unexpected . . . e.g. a couple years back I did 7 different versions of Fur Elise: Boogie style piano, Cowboy style (tremolo guitar), Carribbean style, jazz combo style, vocal jazz scat style, solo banjo style, and a Faux Hendrix guitar solo. It's fun to see where the heck you can take a song when approaching it from a completely different paradigm. Often it helps to tweak some of the voicings, phrasings and rhythms.I can't wait to see what people come up with for this listing!!Suz

Some "whacked out" ideas: - In Verse 2, use really fast picking on the guitar and/or play it an octave lower - Key change in the middle or play the melody in a different mode - Have a choir singing along with the guitar melody--just, "la la la la la..."V>
